Further to my previous complaint regarding the incorrect billing and lost contract with Autopage I have now discovered that for approx SIX months Autopage has been billing me for my free minutes. The consultant Brian is aware of this and has yet to come back to me with the reason why these charges will not be reversed.
I had queried the billing with Autopage and was told it was for "086" numbers; this was incorrect. Accounts never checked my billing and had me loaded on the incorrect package.

Now I receive an sms to say my account will be suspended for non-payment. I have told Brian I will make payment of my monthly fee, my credits need to be passed and I will not pay any more that I dont need to.

Its taken over a week and there has been no feedback or promised emails.
