Poor feedback

Since January 2013 I am being billed between R45.00 and R55.00 a month for GPRS services on my account. I pay R60.00 for the BIS, thus phoned Autopage customer services and wanted an explenation for this charges. This was on 2.4.13 - the feedback I received was that it is for internet services - facebook and whatsap. According to me this should be included in the BIS as I have never paid for it before Jan 2013. After numerous calls to Autopage h/off as well as Autopage Montana, they still cant give me a breakdown of what internet services I am being billed for. On the satement it only indicates? nternet" and not what internet sites. All I want to know is what this cost is for.
