Poor service

I've been getting billed close to double of what I'm suppose to be paying them monthly, I constantly phone in for queries but they need to first "log a query" and someone is suppose to he back to me whiting 48 hours, I've called In about 4 times for the same query, all I get is a reference No. And no one gets back to me, really fed up with the service.
