For the last few weeks my airtime and data seems to disappear. I have had my contract since 2006, the last 3 weeks when I load airtime or data its gone within 10 minutes without making calls and I not subscribed to anything, Cell C confirmed that. I have called the customer service line and no one is able to assist, they keep telling me its for Internet usage, how the hec do you use all your airtime within 3 minutes on the net, and when I do use the Internet its only to check whatsapp and facebook messages, I do not even download or view pics, or they will say its apps running in the back, I do not even have apps running, I deleted all my apps. A query was logged and someone was suppose to call me back within 48 hours and I'm still waiting!!! The last person that I spoke to was suppose to send me an sms with a query number which I never got.
