Cell C cannot confirm who uses your data!!

I had a 2-Gig contract, which I used for work. Then I received an invoice stating that my usage for Jan/Feb 2012 was almost double the monthly usual. This was not possible as our suppliers in China closes for the Chinese New Year during that time and our business therefore only deals with local queries, mails which do not require a lot of data! First Cell C ignored my numerous requests for investigation of data usage. I refused to pay more than my contracted R299 so my account was in arrears and only TEHN did Cell C contact me, threatening to hand me over! After another struggle Cell C simply confirmed that the data was used. NOT that it was used by ME!! CELL C CANNOT CONFIRM THAT I IN FACT USED THE DATA. They simply expect me to pay!! My contract was, during all of this suspended by Cell C because of the arrears amount; I paid only the R299, AND I was still being billed the monthly R299 up to Oct 2012. I tried talking to legal but the never answer their phones; when they do they simply cut you off or, without enquiring about your query, transfer you back to the call centre!! NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU STRAIGHT ANSWERS!!! Some agents can see your queries; others can't!
