Previous report still not sorted out!

Hi on the 9th of May I received a mail from Funiwe at Cell C saying that my previous report about the wrong billing has been sorted and that the services active was sorted REF: #4482421 after I never even activated services on this number. Then on the end of May & June I still have been billed for this services after it was suppose to be sorted. On the 28th Of June I went into Cell C by Greenacres and they told me that the services is still active and it was suppose to be sorted and once again I have been billed R341 then they told me if I stop the number I won't be billed for any services anymore accept the normal R145 monthly fee and on the 29th of June I sended a email to Funiwe at Cell C about this on going problem and still waiting for a reply and onc again its end of month and am billed R327 again. I am tired of this because I have prove on email stating on the 9th of May that this problem was sorted and its still going on. This is the last straw I want this sorted and the over charge money back because this was suppose to be sorted! I can be contacted on 0732617919 or 0738872612.
