I AM AT A LOSS OF WORDS RIGHT NOW. I REQUESTED FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE CONVERTED TO PREPAID, WHICH HAPPENED AND I RECEIVED MY FIRST TOPUP 500 IN MARCH, USED IT UP AND STARTED TOPPING UP AS NORMAL. YESTERDAY I RECEIVED MY TOPUP 500 AGAIN. TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED A BILL FOR R798. HOW DOES A PREPAID LINE GET BILLED? MY ACCOUNT HAS AN OPENING BALANCE OF R2 505.64 WHICH IS INCORRECT. I HAVE A DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT SO HAVE PAID ALL AMOUNTS PREVIOUSLY DUE ON MY ACCOUNT. WHERE IS THIS FIGURE COMING FROM??? I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 10 MINUTES WITH NO ONE PICKING UP! GUYS THIS IS NOT ON, AM CANCELLING THE DEBIT ORDER RIGHT AWAY UNTIL YOU SORT THIS MESS UP. I HAVE COUNTLESSLY REQUESTED THAT I SHOULD NOT GET ITEMIZED BILLS BUT I STILL GET THEM. MY BILL FOR A DONGLE SAYS I DID PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS. MY PC DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A MIC, SPEAKERS ETC, HOW DID I MAKE THOSE CALLS? I AM REQUESTING FOR SOMEONE TO SORT THIS MESS URGENTLY OTHERWISE AM MOVING MY BUSINESS TO CELL-C!!! THIS IS TOO MUCH FOR ONE PERSON.
