I have been a customer with MTN for the 4th Year & its really been a nightmare The previous complaint was regarding my debit order and MTN suspending my phone without notice I had a debit order on my account There has been money in my account & yet the debit order for MTN was apparently "sent back" and i am therefore listed as a bad payer through MTN but yet i can make my cash payments hmmm My phone has been giving me so many problems i enquired about paying up my contract in order to upgrade or taking an additional sim which i cannot do due to MTN listing me as a bad payer because of the debit orders, yet money in my account I have started the debit order to go off on the 20th but MTN debits on the 21st or 22nd Today i received a statement that i owe R655. When i called in on the 11th i was advised to pay in R329 Today i am told to pay in R655 I have been paying a cash payment for the last 2 months and before i make a payment i would contact the call centre to find out what i owe to ensure i am not in arrears Only to find out that i am in arrears Your agents need to be trained properly Now wonder facebook has a page exposing you for all the negative. I should find another provide
