I have upgraded my MTN contract in August. After the upgrade my monthly account amount increased substantially. When I raised a query with the call centre I only had to find out that they never activated my promotional bundle (the free data and free mtn to mtn minutes) that I am suppose to be getting. I was billed for all data, ect that I used and that was suppose to be free according to the contract. This caused me to reach my credit limit and my service to be suspended. The call centre can only tell me that the query has been logged and nobody attended to it yet. I have now been sitting with a suspended service because of MTN's mistake for almost a week. I have been a loyal MTN customer for the last 12 years, but I am now fed up. I am at the point of cancelling my debit order and refusing to pay any futher accounts, surely MTN is in breach of contract already as I am paying for service that I am not getting. This is unacceptable and a very bad reflection on MTN. I would not renew my contract with them again.
