I upgraded my contract with Cell C last year August to a deal that included 500mb of data each month. Only recently I have started using my data and what a shock when I realised I'm paying about R400 more a month on my account - billed as data usage. I have logged a query with Cell C in Somerset Mall (where I did my upgrade) and they escalated it to their head office saying it was out of their hands. My first query about this was in June, a month later still billed for data and went back. In July I received a reference number 3071400661 saying an sms will be sent when my query has been resolved. Needless to say, still no sms, no phone call, no nothing. Went back to the shop in Somerset Mall where I was promised it will be followed-up on asap. NOTHING. I'm paying about R400 a month on data which should be for FREE. I insist that this is resolved immediately and that my data should be activated as per agreed contract. Furthermore, Cell C owe me money and I should be refunded for all the data that I have paid for thus far.

This is absolutely the most pathetic service I have ever received.
