Hello, Peter Am writing this email due to poor services I m receiving from cell c, I took a contract of SAMSUNG Tablet 10.1 on the 15 May 2013 contract number 084 387 9986, according to the explanation from cell c consultant I was told that I will be billed month end June including the pro-rata amount, I was surprised to be billed R438.00 on the 28 May I called cell c consultant complaining why debiting my account, I was told is Pro-rata plus your normal instalment of R399.00 this is the reference number 3061203149, on the 15 of June I was again billed R506.96 I called cell c and I was told that its my monthly instalment which I logged query reference (3061501600) about that debit I don't understand because I never authorised cell to run a debit to my account on that date, Unfortunately my account was not having enough cash by then, now am charged by the bank and its going to work against me in my credit records, Am now regretting why I joined cell c I never experience such kind of poor service from my previous network provider, Help me in resolving this poor services am receiving.
