BEYOND RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICES!!

I had previously written a report about the disgusting service I have received from Vodacom since Jan 2012. Since then I left feedback (11.04.2013) in which I stated that my issue has still not been resolved! I was contacted by a lady named Cindy at Vodacom on Friday 11.04.2013 who advised me that they are STILL investigating my matter and therefore hadn't bothered contacting me. She was meant to have checked with the accounts dept and gotten back to me later on that day, more than a week has passed since her call and I've heard nothing back from her unsurprisingly!! I am getting billed every month yet have no access to the internet... My bill now stands at more than R.4000. It's common sense that one should not be billed for services which they are not receiving right?! Unless of course, the service provider is Vodacom who have clearly proven their inefficiency in more ways than one. This has become beyond ridiculous!! Their level of professionalism couldn't drop any lower!!
