Suspending domains with a credit

My domains are beings constantly suspended even though I have a credit balance. Whenever I call it is said it will not happen again. This is now the 5th time since that "statement" that I have to spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to get through and then still have to explain the same story again! No joy on this side.
