Despite writing a report regarding Vodacom having not capped my internet usage after I had used up my monthly allowance which resulted in my bill amounting to R.3000 after distinctly requesting that they do, they have done nothing to assist in resolving this query. My account is currently on stop which now begs the question, how and when will I be compensated for having no access to the internet since 10 Jan 2013??
Someone from Vodacom did call enquiring about the issue however, I repeated exactly what was stated in this report and no one has been in contact since. Since Vodacom is a service based industry, I would have thought that, there are laws that dictate the level of service you can expect where they provide their customers with reasonable care & skill, within a reasonable time, but this is clearly not the case! I will appreciate receiving an explanation and an apology from a service representative. I am eager to hear how you think the problem can be corrected!!
