I am very perturbed by the kind of customer service I received from Vodacom. I have been billed hideous amounts of money that do not make sense to me as I go through my statement. I have contacted the Vodacom call centre on numerous occasions to try and clarify this mess, to no satisfaction. The best response that I can get out of Vodacom is "we will investigate the matter". I am sure as that it does not take 3 days to figure out where the mistake happened, the least you can do is have common courtesy to advise me of how far this matter is.
Now I have to be inconvenienced by the incompetence of your service because my phone is now out of service.
It's funny how it's easy for you to charge exuberant about of money and debit my account as you please, the one thing I ask you to do take you forever to do.
This is totally unacceptable and will make me not think twice about terminating my contract with Vodacom. I have been your client for over 6 years now and it would be sad that petty things like this will make me consider another service provider.
I therefore request that you please attend to this it has now inconvenienced me drastically.
