DISCONNECTED LINES WHEN ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE

I Have 2 contacts with 8.ta (Telkom SA). My account is up to date. I phoned them on Saturday and the consultant said the could see that the account was up to date, and that the she could not understand why the lines were disconnected. This is not the first time I have this complaint with this company. There is no communication between 8.ta and the client where you are informed that your account/cell phone line is going go be suspended (for what reason it might be). The only way you find out that your lines are suspended is when you cannot make any calls. The fact is my account is not in arrears and the consultant informed me today that the problem MIGHT Be solved tomorrow. This is not acceptable. I demand that the lines be activated again today. I would like to warn other customers, please do your homework and rather contact the other cellphone providers where you will not experience this kind of problem. If the account was in arrears I could fully understand that the lines were suspended, but the account is up to date. I am not allowed to speak to the person who suspended the lines. BAD SERVICES AT ITS BEST! BE WARNED!
