WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

MY CELLPHONE LINES HAS BEEN SUSPENDED ON VARIOUS OCCASIONS WITHOUT DUE CAUSE .THEY CLAIM THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS IN ARREARS ON ALL OCCASIONS WICH WAS UNTRUE.THEY SEND ME ACCOUNTS AND WHEN I PAY THE AMMOUNT DUE THEY SUSPEND MY LINES CLAIMING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN AREARS AGAIN.MY INTERNET DONGLE HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE STORE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM, THEY INFORMED ME THAT I HAVE TO BRING IN MY OWN LAPTOP BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THE FACILITIES TO TEST IT AT ALL.I CANCELLED MY DEBIT ORDER IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR AND STARTED TO PAY VIA EFT, AND WAS INFORMED THAT MY LINES WIIL BE SUSPENDED DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO PAY AN AMOUNT FOR A FAILED DEBIT ORDER AND THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE MY METHOD OF PAYMENT BECAUSE THAT IS BREACH OF CONTRACT! HOW IS IT THAT I AM IN BREACH OF CONTRACT WHEN THEY NEVER PROVIDE THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR AND YET I AM NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACTS UNLESS I PAY AN INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY!!! HOW THE DOES THAT MAKE SENSE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CONSUMER ACT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT ME?
