I am in IT, and busy with two online courses with Courcera. A while back I bought your top of the range 3G dongle for R999 on prepaid. I pay R150 per GB of data. While being connected at a network speed of 28GB/second, my average download speed is 250Kbps. That is not even 2% of the connected speed. It indicates that I am connected to HSPA .

I pay good money for this service, and I expect to get what I pay for. I am not streaming videos. I use this service for study and research purposes, and have more than enough money to go to one of your competitors.
