Suspended service even if account is up to date

Took out 8ta contract during December 2012 for 15 gig anytime data and a contract with a Samsung, 8000 tablet for R379 per month..Did already have a data contract for R299 per month. First few months was ok but then started to experience billing problems.8ta did not deduct their premium at date spesified on the contract only to find that the lines were suspended. No data for the whole month.8ta deducted following month double the premium but still the lines were suspended. After phoning customer service they told me that they would investigate the matter and get back to me. Nobody phoned me back. Took out a prepaid service in the mean time while waiting for 8tas investigation. The following month billing problems again. Phoned 8ta customer services again only to be told that all lines were cancelled due to non payment exept fot the contract with the device. Contract not cancelled by myself at all. Had to pay in a certain amount into their banking account in order for the lines to be made active again. Was told that the data would be available in a few hours time. Nothing happened. Account is up to date but lnes are still suspended. Very unhappy and frustrated. Paying for nothing.
