Fidelis locks my lines without notification . he assumes by locking a business line without discussing with client. This is force clients to listen to him. I have asked him for an AOD, which I signed and paid to date. He then finds another amount to add to my bill and brings to me on a piece of paper, on the day of my upgrade. If this account was in arrears, then the upgrade should have not been done. I do believe that the credit controller in question did not do his recon correctly and expects me to pay for his error. He is rude and arrogant, and should have received a disciplinary hearing for the way he conducted his business with me. No bad payer (If I was considered one), should be allowed to take up another contract!!! I want to cancel my lines with them immediately, and still keep my number. My lines are still locked, I cannot make calls for business or to my kids who are in school. According to my references and discussions with his superior Truitjie. Oosthuizen on the 1st week on October 2013. My account was 100%, she re-opened the lines and realised where the error occurred. Yesterday at 12:30 am my phone was locked despite payment being made...
