For the last three years I have been complaining about bad signal at my premises. A few days later I received an sms stating that my issue has been resolved, however no-one has been in contact with me nor has there been anyone near the area to sort the issue out. A month ago I was advised to send an email to the ECLO which I did, I received an email back with another reference number and that the ECLO will keep me updated and as well as the technician's name whom is responsible. I have since then sent a few emails enquiring about when someone will be looking into the issue and when it will be sorted out. As per usual no-one has contacted or updated me on the proceedings of the complaints. I have 6 contracts with Vodacom and they are not providing the service according to the contract agreement as well as being false advertising according to the "Errol advert". On a few of the calls to complain about the service, I actually lost signal during the process while talking to the operater.
