Worst service provider ever

I paid my account on the 26/03/2013 and made sure that i am up to date with my account.on the 13/04/2013 they put my contract off for out standing money on my account.and its still not working 6 days later and they said it only takes 72 hours and still nothing has been done.

i phoned the customer care line, they told me that they are waiting for there accounts department and they constantly put the phone down . i have phoned about over 20 times to sort this problem out and every time they say we are working on the problem but didn't seem like that to me.

My dad even send a E-mail to the CEO but i think they don't have one because there were no response, 8ta made a mistake and wont fix it, its always the customers fault.but they made the mistake.

I am done with 8ta they can cancel my contract and i will not be held responsible for the cancellation fee.
There is no back bone in this company and no loyalty or structure, they have the worst people dealing at there customer care line.

They can phone me on 0817697353 if they resolve the problem other then that they shouldn't bother
if they don't get back to me i will go to the news papers. i am done paying for nothing.
