Have been trying for more than a week to get a contract which this service provider. Incredibly this service provider has actually spent money on advertising this specific package. Then after a week we are told our application was declined. After insisting on being provided with a reason for the this I was provided with info stating money was outstanding against a Telkom fixed line account. This would be understandable if only it was one of MY fixed line accounts that was outstanding which IT WAS NOT!!! The real problem is that the individual dealing with the application was too unprofessional to recognize the mistake, could not care less to sort out the mistake and then has the audacity to tell me that I must sort it out myself. Oh, and her supervisor could not bother to answer the phone for more than 3 hours between 12:30 and 16:00. No wonder Telkom is financially going under. Telkom's employees could not care less about the clients that the company actually needs to be profitable. The individual at NO time tried to resolve the problem and to actually ATTEMPT to provide service to a paying client. Why bother to advertise??? Just provide SERVICE to existing clients!!!
