Wronglly billed, but they dont want to refund me

Had a contract with vodacom, it finished after 24 months and, i phoned in to cancel, they requested that i must phone on the 07th of july 2013 so they can cancel it on 7th of august 2013, of which i did phone on the number 0821958, but end of september they still billed my account, when i phone in to question they said they can see the cancellation on the system but it didnot go through, they will try to sort it out imidietly and refund me in 24 working hours, of which they send me the sms in 24 working hours notifiying that they wont be any creadit due to me, and when i tried to phone again they told me that they cant help me anymore because my number have been changed to prepaid, i must call prepaid department, if i am calling prepaid department, they say they cant help me because its a contract department error so i am stuck in between now and end of october they still deducted my money, the number in question is 0795639317. then i phoned in on castomer care to express my confussion about them sending me back to back without any solution to my problem, they promissed to get back to me in 24 working hours again of which, they failled to do
