Cell C - still the worst service provider!

I posted a complaint 14/11/2013. Matter still not resolved!! Was phoned the next morning by Customer Care (Danielle) who promised that a technical consultant will provide me with feedback relating to the bad signal I have in the area I live (jhb, which is not a remote location!) by latest the end of 18/11/13. A technical consultant phoned on the 18th, but the line was so bad that he eventually hung up. He never phoned again or provided me with e-mail correspondence. What is the purpose of having a phone & paying monthly charges if I cant take calls or access e-mail when I'm at home? I live in the Cresta/ Northcliff area & there's NO excuse for this area not having signal. I had just purchased a new phone, because I thought the problem was with my previous phone, but clearly not. Danielle (Customer Care) promised me that if they cannot resolve the signal problem, they would allow me to cancel my contract & return my handset at no charge. PLEASE allow me to do this! I want to move to a service provider that allows me to make calls & access the internet. After all, that IS what I'm paying for!!
