MTN Parkview- no apology and still no feedback

I requested a transfer of my MTN 350 contract and details, to be separate from my father's (since he was the main account holder on his MTN 200 contract). I went to MTN Parkview, filled out the transfer forms and was informed it would take 3 months.
On the 31st of Oct. 2013 My father received a sms saying the account was overdue and must be payed otherwise the service will be cancelled! I phoned the Customer care department and they informed me that my details were switched with my father's and thus MTN Parkview should fix their mistake. I spoke to Willem, told him about their mistake. No apology. He will get back to me on Monday. I phoned the customer care line on 1 Nov. 2013 again to confirm that I will pay in the mean time, just to make sure my father's phone is still in service. Monday 4 Nov. Willem didn't phone, he was of that day. Next day and 5 calls later, still not sorted and my father's service was cancelled although I payed!!! The block could be lifted, but to fix the initial problem I have to go to Parkview. Fed up after 11 days! I want to take my business to another branch BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE FEEDBACK THAT THEY CANCELLED MY REQUEST FOR THIS MISTAKE
