Service reactivation takes a week not 48hrs or 72h

Unhappy 8ta customer!! my line was cut off because of unpaid account payment last week Friday 12/04/2013 after talking to this lady on the phone on that day my phone wasn't working, Immediately updated my apparent 8ta account and faxed proof of payment an hour late, I was told my line would be active within 48 hrs and 48 hrs later my phone was not working!! I made the call again to 8ta customer care and this time was told it would take 72hrs to work which is three days from Monday 15/04/2013 still my line was not working and I called again today wednesday 17/04/2013 three days later, imagine my surprise when this un-named lady tells me it was going to take yet another 72hrs this would take us to Friday now... I don't think my frustration is understood by 8ta and the Inconvenience that I am being put through. I have a contract line and internet data bundle with 8ta I cant use either of them.

after your numbered has been block for incoming and out going and Messages by 8ta for whatever reasons, it takes more than a week to get your number working again not the 48 or 72 hours as told by the customer care people, this obviously needs to change
