Sim Swap Impossible with 8ta!

Made a Sim swap at the store and was told to wait 48 hours, after waiting the sim is still not working, went back to the store and was told my line was suspended but my account was uptodate with payments, they called customer care but customer care confirmed that my line was active, i was told to wait 8 more days and after waiting they still cant help with sim swap but continue to deduct money from my bank acc because its a contract phone even today i cant use my phone. too much promises but deliver less than nothing, call centre agents pretends as if they are helping you by listening to you and when they hang up they forget about your problem and when you do a follow up they the keep on giving me case number after a case number with no help at the end. verrrrrry angrrry with them.
