TELKOM UNABLE TO SORT OUT BILLING ERROR

Telkom was instructed to cancel line on 31/1/13 as we moved to Gordonsbay. New line with ADSL installed and all seemed well. Telkom has not cancelled the old line and activated internet on the old line thus reflecting arrears resulting in my internet at new address being suspended although I am paying for it. I have been battling since 6/4/13 on a daily basis to sort out the problem as my husband has to send urgent emails overseas which is work related but Telkom is unable to sort out the problem (that they caused). Telkom branches do not deal with account queries and the call centres cannot deliver. Why is there not a ombudsman for Telecommunications? Can anyone assist with contact details?
