Telkom and mweb equals unhappy client

After a year and a half of fighting with both telkom and mweb about my Internet line being extremely slow when I am on a 4 meg line and getting less then 1 meg I have still gotten no where. They expect me to pay my account every month yet I am not getting what I am paying for but if I don't pay they cut me off. I call both mweb and telkom almost daily trying to get someone to fix my problem yet it has only gotten worse, due too the poor installation of cables and the distribution box which is hanging off the pole, I now have no telephone line and no Internet at all yet I must still pay. Mweb won't refund my money as they say it is telkoms fault and telkom say it is mwebs fault. No one at telkom is willing to help me and I'm tired of this. I have cut down my trees on telkoms request, I have payed for a new telephone line and moved my adsl to that line on my own cost to try sort out the problem yet nothing. Why must I continue to wast my money and pay for these services when I can't use my Internet or even use my telephone line.
