My number has not been ported as yet and it's almost a month since I took my new contract.
I specifically asked that it be ported by the start of April - so that I don't have 2 contracts running simultaneously - and incur extra costs.
Now I still have BOTH numbers - and I cannot make calls from my old number on 8ta - but can receive calls on that.
I also didn't want to call contacts on the new number as to not confuse them - but have to do so now - and carry 2 phones with me.
Not cool and not acceptable.
I don't want to be charged for April.
I want the number ported now!!!
