I get my free munite, data and sms on the 01/04/1.On the 02/04/13, within a space of one minute I got 4 sms from vodacom sayingi had reached 50%; 70%; 90% of my call limit then the last saying iv been soft locked as iv reached my call limit. I called to find out why as I had just received my minutes, data and sms, noone could give me answers, I was transferred from one department to another from agents to team leader who couldn't explain what happened. All I wanted to know was what I had been billed for outside of my minutes and data. I then asked them to increase my limit, and they did, 2minutes later i was soft locked again while I was still on the phone. At that point i told agent who also said they didnt know what to do. When I asked for a breakdownof what I was being charged for I was told I had to go to court and get and get a warrant to get details of what I have been charged. I was then told I would be called back in 24hours. I was only called back 3weeks later by an advanced data guy who also says I have over used my phone but couldnt tell me on what. He later retracted and told me that another department will call me. Today my phone was unlocked n locked again after 2mins
