Good day

Last week I was given a Samsung S3 smartphone as hand down. At that time I had a blackberry with BES on it which meant that internet was 'free'. I went to the Nashua outlet in Gauteng on sunday 16 June to cancel the BES and load on a 500mb data bundle recurring until the end of the contract, they said wait 2-24 hours until the data is loaded up. The following day I turned the phone on, excited to learn the phone. My phone quickly reached the R10 limit on the contract, going over by R47. How can this go over R10 to R57? Doesn't make sense, what is the point of a limit!? My phone was then soft locked and I couldn't use anything. I spoke to a consultant on Monday afternoon and she said she would temporarily increase the limit so that the phone would be unlocked and load the data so that I could browse and not get blocked again. This was not done! On Thursday I did the same again with a different consultant, still nothing. Later on thursday I called again, my phone was unlocked but no data, I was promised I would get an SMS when the data was loaded. Today I got 166mb without any notification, when it is supposed to be 500mb, why?
I cannot believe the incompetence, and I pay!
