I was soft locked due to using more data than i have been limited to use, a limit i was not informed of when accepting the contract. I phoned enquiries where they informed me that i ran out of data bundles, which ran into my airtime (i was charged R2 for every MB used). They suggested my limit be increased and only then will my phone be unlocked within 2 - 24 hours, it has been 24 hours and my phone is still locked.

What i also dont get is if my limit was R600 why was it only blocked when the amount was on R1100. When i was contacted about the contract i was made to understand i would get R200 airtime, 200 smses, 200 mb, when ive used it up i would need to top up by either loading airtime or purchasing data bundles.

Not only is it a total rip off charging R2 for a mb, after contacting customer services in a quest to get my phone unlocked as soon as possible and being assured it will be unlocked and this not being done is frustrating.

I am extremely unsatisfied with Nashua mobile and will NOT recommend it. I would prefer to terminate the contract and stay and pre paid, at least then there will not be unexpected billing and blocking of my number.
