Pathetic Billing System when it suits them

I am angered at the billing system that Vodacom has for me as a contract customer, and feel like Vodacom has found a loophole to bill contract customers ridiculous amounts to suit them.

I set a call/data limit of 600 on my phone, within 10mins of getting the warning of 90% of the limit used, I get the sms that my limit has been reached, even after doing nothing on the phone, within a few minutes I get the sms the phone has been soft locked and that out of bundle data charges apply, I called vodacom to increase the limit to 750 thinking it would take a while for this to be reached only to within seconds of changing the limit get the SMS my number has been blocked again due to reaching the limit, so I call again only to hear my bill is already at 850, this is pathetic,

if i had been on prepaid they would of immediately cut my usage and not of given me any more data, except Vodacom deliberately knows that they can literally charge me anything and get away with it by pulling it on a debit order.

the call centre lady explained to me that the system is not accurate, however this has happend to me numerous times before, this is Vodacom is exploiting customers.
