My Vodacom Contract is coming to an end beginning of July.
I cancelled my contract, via phone to cancellations.
My BIS on my contract suddenly eased to exist, 3 months before my contract is up.
When I went into store to find out why my BIS has stopped, the gentleman told me it looked like someone actually went ahead and cancelled my account, prematurely. He was confused!
They explained, on phone, that because I got an upgrade in March, my BIS ends in March, but my actual contract only ends in July. I am stuck without internet on my phone, which I use every day for work purposes.
When I got the previous upgrade, this information was not given. Now that I have no internet, and changing to another cellphone service provider, they refuse to release my number until July.

I requested a quote for full pay-out of this contract. I got an email quotation, that makes absolutely no sense. I called cancellations twice to find out which amount listed on the quote I need to pay. NO ONE could give me an answer. They told me to speak to someone in accounts. I spoke to someone in accounts, who could not give me an answer, and referred me back to cancellations.

Rude service, and NO INFORMATION
