Have been trying to cancel contract since March!

I went into 8ta store to cancel my laptop contract. They couldnt help me personally and put me through to a call centre. I spoke to consultant who said he would log a case. When i got back to office, I also sent an email to cancellations to cancel. Since then I have probably sent 8 emails, phoned 10 times but my contract still has not been cancelled. Apparently when a case is logged, they phone you within 20 working days. The problem is that I am in and out of the country so if they phone me and i do not answer, then they close the case and the contract still continues. But i dont understand why it cant just be cancelled immediately like all other service providers??? Why does it have to take 20 working days to phone back and confirm cancellation?! Obviously I want to cancel, that is why i phoned and emailed in the first place. So basically, from March my account has been debited (and i have not used any of the data) so my money was "" every month because I wanted my contract cancelled in March already! I am really tired of trying to sort this out. I am on my way out of the country again so how long will this continue?!?! I want my contract cancelled immediately!!!
