I need my money refunded!!! Vodacom does not care

I cancelled my contract with Vodacom when the 2 year contract expired. I did this in May 2012 and I accepted that this was done. I pulled a bank statement on the 19th of November 2013 and saw that Vodacom has been deducting money from my account and never stopped.
I phoned 111 spoke to Thokozane. He informed me that the contract was never cancelled and that I need to speak to the cancellations department. He put me through to Cancellations where I spoke to Lucky. Lucky informed me the same, he stated that he will cancel my contract now and that I need to speak to accounts in order for them to refund me. He put me through to the accounts only to find that the accounts were closed already. Redirected back to customer care where they informed me that I needed to phone the next day.
Early on the morning of the 20th I phoned again. Spoke to a person by the name of Floid where i again explained my unhappiness he transferred me to a lady called Lana. No one was able to assist me and they kept transferring my call. I ended up being put through to Bongani in cancellations where he promised to escalate my refund to accounts and he would phone back with a reference. This never happened.
