Phone was on back order then discontinued

I ordered a phone on the 24 Feb and was told its on back order they should get stock by the end of the week i accepted it and waited until they phoned me, i waited 2 weeks and phoned them, they told me they had not received stock yet i said okay cant control that so much on store level. I waited and waited 1 and a half months almost 2 now and no phone call, so i called them and they tell me its discontinued, i told the rep that i ordered more than a month ago and she replied she will check the system and get back to me, its been a week now and she still hasn't. They didnt even phone me to let me know its discontinued. But i expect to get the phone i ordered.
