I have been waiting for 4 weeks for Telkom to reactivate my landline. I moved from the one property in Durban and bought a new one at Umhlanga Rocks in April 2013. I then informed Telkom to remove my line from the old address into the new one, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE SO-CALLED TECHNICIAN FOR 4 WEEKS. No one called me to inform me about the status of my application. I think we need a strong competitor in South Africa which will take down useless companies that lack customer care & professionalism like Telkom.
