Cannot Fix Wrong Account

Took out a contract with CellC last year. After first bill I noticed that they loaded a more expensive contract instead of the one I signed for. The last 6 months I've wasted numerous hours and calls/emails to get this resolved. I've mailed the contract to them 3 times already and still I am not on the correct contract. They want me to return to the original store. This despite the fact that I've since moved and am not willing to travel 500km to fix THEIR error. This however falls on deaf ears and I get the same response every time. I am left with one of 2 conclusions, either they are spiteful or else completely incompetent.
