We asked for our line (ADSL) to be move (ref: 73547107A). The technician said I must find an electrician to run piping from Telkom pit/sump to the house. Of which I did and cost me money. The eletrician called the technician (Wiseman) before running the pipe to understand the requirements. He ran the piping as instructed, technician came today and stated that the electrician was also supposed to run the Telkom line/cable for him. I called my electrician to call the Telkom technician and sort the issue out. When electrician called the Telkom guy, he was not interested anymore. Its been over a month since I asked for the line to be moved.
I called 10210 ans poke with a lady called Tebogo at 10:55 today, who was more useless than anyone I ever met and basically refused to help me or give me details of anyone who can help because the line is in my wife's name. I am still expected to pay for this line!
I am disappointed, period.
