I've placed an order at Telkom a month ago to move my line to my new address on 01/03/2013.
Telkom confirmed the order 71813341A, the technician called me the day after I placed the order to confirm as well. on 28/02/2013 technician called to confirm that he will be there on 01/03 and me subsequently took a days leave, so that the technician will have access to my property, but as usual, telkom never pitched on 01/03, Tried calling the useless call center 3 times with an average waiting time of 20 minutes, unanswered.
Telkom, please wake the up and get your fingers out of your rear-ends and attend to your customers.
If I do not get service by Wednesday I will refer the matter to Senior management, because you have failed me numerous times!
