Waiting for 3 months now for Telkom to lay cables

I moved into a new apartment in Feb 2013. It is a new building and it turns out that Telkom had not laid cables. I contacted them in May 2013 to please connect a line for me so that I could get a landline and ADSL internet. They said it would take 3 weeks. It is now 3 months later and no progress. I have gone into the Telkom Direct stores and everytime I go they tell me that it won't take longer than another 2 weeks. This is blatant lying! I have told them that everytime they say it will be 2 weeks but it never is but each time they insist that this time is different. But it never is. I know that there are numerous people in the building who are also waiting and who are also following up with Telkom. Does Telkom not care about these potential customers? And why do they keep lying and giving us false hope. Can't you just be honest and tell us when the lines will be connected. We would prefer honesty even if it is not what we want to hear!
