WORST service EVER!!!

I have requested to relocate my services on 14 March and have STILL NOT received ANY feedback or ANY service at all!! I have contacted them numerous times and was actually told they did not have enough technicians for the period my line was supposed to be moved and no one bothered to reschedule!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Every time I phone, I am told they will escalate my problem to management and they will keep me up to date, its been a MONTH and NOTHING!! I was even told that they have no idea where my order is at the moment as they can't see it on their system!! I am COMPLETELY FED UP with Telkom and am shopping around for different providers!
