Another Telkom Lie

I recently moved to PMB and called Telkom to install a voice and DSL line for a home buisness. I moved into a long established area and when I made the application I was told that it will take 2 weeks as most to get connected. Today I was told by Telkom that the installation can only be done in May because they do not have the infrastructure. There is already a Telkom box literally outside my unit and there are other wireless connections already in the complex, but Telkom does not have the infrastructure. Needless to say that I cancelled my application and will look for alternatives.
