I used to live in Arendskloof security Complex where I had ADSL installed at my residence. After a break in we moved to a complex in Waterfall East, known as Bali Village. I applied for my ADSL services to be moved and stopped at my residence in Arendskloof, after more than 3 weeks notice I proceeded to contact the Telkom call centre to get progress on my request nly to be informed it would have been installed on 31/05/2013, 2 weeks after nothing has happened. I then went to my local Telkom Direct Store to find out the status of my request only to find that I was still being billed for services at my old residence and that my line was never stopped as per the procedure. They then stopped it, only to inform me that according to the technician there was no infrastructure but across my complex there is a Telkom Exchange? I do not understand how such a large comapany have such issues such as lack of infrastructure. I feel that this is a poor excuse for the lack of service they are actually responsible for. Just goes to show how far people will go not to delive
