I contacted Cell C on 1 Apr about incorrect billing. My query was referred to the relevant department and I was told I would be contacted in 48 hours. I followed up on 5 Apr and was told that it was a "48 working hour" turn arround time and that was the reason for the delay. 17 days ("100 working hours") later I have not been contacted.
Please refer to the query logged against my account for full details and contact me as a matter of urgency with a resolution for this matter.
