My contract billing subscription still not fixed

I loote a query on the 5th April till this day have no resolution

I upgraded my contracted on the 3rd April. I then found out that the amount I was contracted is different form that which was both on site and on tv. I was made aware of this discrepancy by a friend whom I referred to cell c and told me that the same fine was of a different amount. I immediately called to query this before the phone was delivered and was promised a resolution by end of day (consultant Nompumelelo). I called again after 2 days of no response and was sarcastically told I will be contacted again (consultant Mpho). I called again, was referred from pillar to post with no resolution but same response of I will be contacted.

All I want is my contract billing amount rectified as per advertisements. And for someone from cell c to take responsibility and CONTACT me with feedback.

I have been with cell c for 6years and am really disappointed with this service. Should I stay or should I move to another network..???

Funiwe contacted me and told me this was fixed... today I called and it's still not fixed. Moreover, NO ONE can assist, am being transferred frm pillar to post AGAIN!!!?!!!
