No one can help!!!

I ported 3 numbers to Cell C, and am generally happy with everything. However, I have no reception at my office/home. I have sent emails to customer service, I have filled in a network query form, and phoned the call centre repeatedly and was told that someone would come back to me. Then on the 8th, after I called again, I was told it was "escalated" to the network department, and someone will contact me within 4 hours. I received this ref no: 3080800204. No one contacted me. I have spent the last 2 days phoning the call centre. Technical support suggestions did not work, I was told I need to speak to the porting department??? As they could apparently sort out my network query. All I want is for someone to contact me so we can sort this out. However, the call centre cannot help, and no one from the network department EVER contacted me. I am at a loss as to what to do now. My calls are dropped or go to voice mail. It says on your coverage map that I have full 3G and GPRS coverage. I just want to sort this out!!!
